Repaired Things

Thanks to Alex Clark. His explanation: “The black plastic piece sits over the rear, passenger side wheel well.  It’s cosmetic really, I think newer versions of the Sprinter have deleted this piece.  The carabiner is holding it to the fender.  I think it must have been flapping around in the wind and disturbing the passengers… ”
